 As Sales Director of Rockefeller Group's first residential tower, Rose Hill, Nicole achieved record-breaking prices, exceeding neighborhood averages. Her role as Director of Sales at Eastlight in Kips Bay further solidifies her leadership in managing high-profile projects. Nicole excels in advising developers on large-scale projects and working with individual clients, applying advanced marketing strategies and sales techniques to the resale market. This dual focus gives her a comprehensive understanding of the NYC real estate landscape.

 Nicole's deep knowledge of pricing strategies and real estate investing, coupled with her background in wealth management and hospitality, enables her to offer unparalleled client service. John Harrison

John Harrison, co-founder of the Harrison Grandelli Team, comes from a multi-generational real estate family with decades of experience in sales, investment, planning, and development. A New York City resident for over 20 years, he has worked across every transaction type—from new development to resale, spanning condominiums, co-ops, townhouses, multi-family, commercial, and rental properties. His team consistently ranks in Real Trends list of top teams in the city, state, and nation for several years running.

John currently serves as Director of Sales for the 144-unit Eastlight Condominium in Kip's Bay and leads the HGT Resale Team. He previously served as Director of Sales for Rose Hill Condominium, Rockefeller Group's first residential tower in Manhattan. He has successfully sold out multiple new developments designed by renowned architects including Cetra-Ruddy and Robert A.M. Stern Architects.

Before joining CORE, John spent over a decade at IBM. As an IT Architect, he created solutions to complex technical, procedural, and business challenges globally. Earlier in his career, he established the Eastern European branch of a U.S. architectural/civil engineering firm in Sofia, Bulgaria, building the team and creating an international visa and training program. He also worked on international ad campaigns in the fashion industry while living in Italy. John graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.

A proud husband and father of three, John is an Eagle Scout who has served for the last 10 years in the Scouting America program, fostering character, citizenship, leadership, and service in youth.

The common thread throughout John's career is exceptional problem-solving. He brings creative solutions—technical, procedural, and strategic—to every project, viewing this as key to real estate success. His passion lies in helping clients build investment strategies, craft narrative-driven marketing campaigns, and tell their stories through the buying and selling process.

Jake Hochfelder

A Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with CORE, Jake Hochfelder provides clients with the utmost dedication, respect, and commitment when showing them New York City real estate. A native New Yorker, who majored in Communications at the University of Pennsylvania, Jake also has an in-depth understanding of the city and its immediate neighborhoods and is well versed in marketing and communicating, an attribute central to Core.

Prior to working with CORE, Jake worked with Wheels UP in sales for nearly three years as a salesperson and enjoyed a run as a top salesperson within one of their newer products aimed at a younger audience. After Wheels UP, Jake worked with a Jewish organization, Meor, helping to spearhead their marketing and social outreach within New York City. Jake enjoys family, friends, professional sports teams: the Mets, Giants, and Knicks - watching and attending their games, as well as concerts, new restaurants, and nightlife venues. Jake is also active in Judaism, Jewish causes, and advocating for Israel.

Hannan Salah

Hannan joins CORE as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and the Marketing Manager of the top-ranking Harrison Grandelli Team. Hannan’s journey in real estate began as part of the Sales team at 100 East 53rd, a new development designed by renowned architect Sir Norman Foster and developers RFR and Vanke. Hannan's problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and keen eye for design, accompanied with an extensive understanding of the new development purchasing process, has made her invaluable in serving clients and partners alike.

Born in Ethiopia, raised in New York and California, and having studied in Italy, Hannan's diverse set of skills and experiences enable her to relate and communicate with people from various walks of life. Hannan has quickly earned a reputation for going above and beyond to serve her clients. She is well-respected and trusted for putting the best interests of clients and partners first.

Growing up as an elite women’s basketball player, Hannan fulfilled her dream of playing NCAA Basketball in her late twenties, while attending Notre Dame De Namur University. Competing at a high level has instilled a commitment to excellence, self-discipline, and the ability to work under extreme pressure, allowing Hannan to help her clients' achieve their real estate goals with unmatched determination and diligence.

Outside the office, Hannan is passionate about helping people live their best lives. She loves spending time with family, traveling, writing, and listening to live music. She is an avid reader of anything non-fiction.
