A Passionate New Yorker Shaping the Story of Luxury Real Estate
Nicole Grandelli
I’m a native New Yorker and Co‑Founder of the Harrison Grandelli Team, with more than 18 years of experience in luxury residential real estate across Manhattan and Brooklyn. I help buyers, sellers, and developers navigate everything from first purchases and estate sales to complex new development projects and strategic portfolio moves, with calm, clear advice in a fast‑moving market.
Our team has been recognized by RealTrends as a Top Small Team in New York for more than five years running. In 2025 I joined StreetEasy’s Agent Advisory Board, where a small group of top agents meets regularly with the StreetEasy team to share what we’re seeing on the ground and help shape tools and resources for buyers, sellers, and agents citywide. I care deeply about how this market works, not just for my clients, but for the entire ecosystem.
On the new development side, I’ve directed sales for projects such as Rockefeller Group’s first residential tower, Rose Hill, and helped reposition Eastlight, a CetraRuddy‑designed condominium in Kips Bay. That work has included pricing and strategy, branding, staging, events, and broker outreach—essentially re‑introducing buildings to the market in ways that feel fresh, aspirational, and grounded in data.
My background in the arts is a big part of how I think about marketing and presentation. I’m also an Associate Producer and recently served on Suburban Fury, a documentary directed by Robinson Devor that premiered in the Main Slate of the New York Film Festival. I love mentoring artists as they build platforms and businesses around their work and hosting co‑branded events that bring real estate and culture together—like a recent new development event that doubled as an art exhibit with Madeline Schacter, featuring powerful pieces created by Ukrainian children.
Before real estate, I worked in wealth management and hospitality, which shaped how I think about service, discretion, and long‑term strategy. Today, that shows up in highly tailored searches, honest pricing guidance, and straightforward communication. My clients come to me because they want both creativity and rigor: inspired marketing and strong numbers.
Travel, art, architecture, and design are constant sources of inspiration for me. I bring those influences into my listings through gallery‑style open houses, intimate gatherings, and collaborations that attract the right audience for each property, while staying deeply focused on details like staging, copy, digital strategy, and how everything shows up online.
If you’re planning to buy, sell, or launch a new development in New York City, I’d love to be a resource. As a native New Yorker and Co‑Founder of the Harrison Grandelli Team, I bring over 18 years of experience in Manhattan and Brooklyn luxury real estate, data‑driven strategy, and creative, design‑forward marketing to every client relationship.
