John Harrison

John Harrison, co-founder of the Harrison Grandelli Team, comes from a multi-generational real estate family with decades of experience in sales, investment, planning, and development. A New York City resident for over 20 years, he has worked across every transaction type—from new development to resale, spanning condominiums, co-ops, townhouses, multi-family, commercial, and rental properties. His team consistently ranks in Real Trends list of top teams in the city, state, and nation for several years running.

John currently serves as Director of Sales for the 144-unit Eastlight Condominium in Kips Bay and leads the HGT Resale Team. He previously served as Director of Sales for Rose Hill Condominium, Rockefeller Group's first residential tower in Manhattan. He has successfully sold out multiple new developments designed by renowned architects including Cetra-Ruddy and Robert A.M. Stern Architects.

Before joining CORE, John spent over a decade at IBM. As an IT Architect, he created solutions to complex technical, procedural, and business challenges globally. Earlier in his career, he established the Eastern European branch of a U.S. architectural/civil engineering firm in Sofia, Bulgaria, building the team and creating an international visa and training program. He also worked on international ad campaigns in the fashion industry while living in Italy. John graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.

A proud husband and father of three, John is an Eagle Scout who has served for the last 10 years in the Scouting America program, fostering character, citizenship, leadership, and service in youth.

The common thread throughout John's career is exceptional problem-solving. He brings creative solutions—technical, procedural, and strategic—to every project, viewing this as key to real estate success. His passion lies in helping clients build investment strategies, craft narrative-driven marketing campaigns, and tell their stories through the buying and selling process.
