John Harrison, the co-founder of the Harrison Grandelli Team, hails from a family of real estate professionals who have been involved in real estate development, investment, and sales for decades. He has been a proud resident of New York City for over 15 years and has worked with every type of transaction from New Development to Resale; Condominium, Co-op, Townhouse, Multi-Family, Commercial, Landlord, and Tenant. He and his team direct sales in Manhattan at Eastlight Condominium, a new development designed by Cetra Ruddy. He recently served as Sales Director at Rose Hill, Rockefeller Group’s first-ever residential tower in Manhattan, which was also designed by Cetra Ruddy and achieved 100% sold-out status while setting new records in the community. John also sold One Museum Mile, a project designed by Robert AM Stern Architects and situated on the most beautiful corner of Central Park. In addition to his work with developers and investors, he has served various clients ranging from new developments to co-ops, townhouses, and multi-family sales. John loves helping clients build investment strategies, narrative-driven marketing campaigns, and doing whatever it takes to see them flourish.
Prior to working at CORE, John came from IBM, where he worked for a number of years as an IT Architect. Prior to that, he established the Eastern European branch of a U.S. architectural/civil engineering design firm. In that role, he was charged with setting up and staffing offices in Bulgaria as well as leading growth seminars in Bulgaria, Hungary, and Finland. Before that, he lived in Italy, where he worked on international ad campaigns for the fashion industry.
The common thread in John's multifaceted career is his exceptional ability to problem-solve. He has extensive experience in generating creative solutions - whether technical, procedural, or financial - for various types of projects. John views this skill as the key to succeeding in real estate and he dedicates himself passionately to the investigative work involved in finding just the right home for his clients.
